Keep Jin'do and the tank in the green shield, and the rest of the group out of it. When Jin'do casts Shadow of Akar: Run into the shield so that no one will lose HP. In the next phase Jin'do will be chained to the ground. Release him by luring Gurubashi Spirits up to you from under the platform. They will break the Hakkar's chains with their jump attack which they use 1-3 times a minute. Kite the twisted spirits around the chains, and whenever you get an arrow above your head: Be sure you're standing next to Hakkar's Chains. After Hakkar is released the encounter is over.
