Confronting the questions and myths behind the great world of warcraft mystery of 2011
August 2nd we learned that Blizzard, the 28th of july had filed for a trademark for the brand name "Mists of Pandaria".
Needless to say this created a huge debate and discussion as to what this is. Some believed it to be a new card game
a book series, an entirely new game series, a wow expansion pack to follow cataclysm, and many other suggestions.

As we can tell from the trademark filing, this is intended to be a video-game. Because we know Pandas are related to the
warcraft history this tells us that we can narrow it down to be either the title of Warcraft 4, the next WoW Expansion pack
or a different game completely. It's a guessing game from here, but it makes the most sense that Blizzard would implement
pandas into WoW. Pandas have always been the fun cuddly creature in the warcraft history, and boy, have people, and
especially role players complained about this. Of course it raises questions as to who will be the next big bad guy, like
The Lick King in Wotlk, Deathwing in Cata etc, but you can only assume they will make up some panda-hating dragon
or something similar. Perhaps if you dig really deep in the warcraft history there's some conflict between the neutral cute
pandas and some evil creature not yet implemented in WoW. There is a bunch of lore tied to pandas that settled in Kalimdor
in the warcraft history, so it wouldn't be surprising if this came out as an expansion with a related profession such as "Brewmaster".
